Open 7am to 5pm Wednesday thru Sunday  (CLOSED MONDAYS & TUESDAYS)

*Note: If there happens to be a day with severe weather  (i.e. flooding or high winds), we may decide not to open the float that day, but we will update our facebook page with this information to let everyone know as soon as possible.

2024 Pricing

Cost is $25 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under (Cash Only). Note: We offer highly discounted rates for children as we firmly believe that it's important to introduce children to the outdoors. 

What's Included In the Price: 

You get a ride in the pontoon boat out to the float, up to 10 hours of fishing on the river, and a ride back to the parking lot when you're done fishing for the day.

 

We pick up and drop off on the hour from 7am to 11am (no noon shuttle) and on the hour from 1pm to 5pm.  Please be ready 10 minutes before the shuttle times to avoid extended wait times.

The "Best Dam Fishing Float" is a floating dock located just below Lock and Dam Number 7, La Crosse, WI 54603.

Our address can be somewhat of a mystery. We technically do not have an address.

 

When using Google Maps, use "Upper I-90 Mississippi River Public Water Access, La Crescent, MN 55947" as your destination, and this will take you to the public water access parking lot where we will pick you up.
